Once we hear from you, we'll send out a Welcome Message to get you started setting up your account.
Most Education Workers were registered for the OSSTF Benefits HSA using their school board provided email addresses. When filling out the Support form, please use that email address to help us find you in our system. Just reach out with a message indicating that you'd like to setup your account and we'll send out a Welcome Message containing all relevant information to get you on your way to using your HSA.
Reaching out by email
You can reach our Customer Experience team via email. Just send us a quick message letting us know that you'd like to get your account setup. As we mentioned, it's helpful to message us from your school board provided email address. Reaching out from that email address will help us to get your information quickly and efficiently as it will already be associated to your account.

Reaching out via phone
If you'd like to speak to a Customer Champion via phone, our team is available to assist you between 8:30 AM EST and 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday.

Once you receive your Welcome Message, you'll follow the directions laid out to setup your online Member Centre. You'll be able to add your personal information, add any dependants and enter your direct deposit information for quick and efficient reimbursements.
