Troubleshooting login issues

If you find yourself unable to login, don't worry! We've got you covered with answers to our most common login questions!

Forgot link to login

We've created a custom login page for you here: https://osstfd19.blendable.ca. We recommend you bookmark that page because it will allow you to reach out to us directly at Blendable via a Support Form or by phone, to your dedicated line.

Didn't receive Welcome Message

Your Welcome Message was sent to the email address you use for your OTIP profile - typically a school board address (however some are personal). If you didn’t receive your Welcome Message, check your junk or spam filter in case it got caught. If you want to search an overfull inbox, search for  info@blendable.ca or the subject line "Welcome to your OSSTF District 19 TBU Health Spending Account!"

If you can't locate or deleted the message in error, reach out to us using the Support Link on your custom login page at https://osstfd19.blendable.ca.

In the form, you are asked for your email address. Please supply the board address to which your Welcome message would have been sent because we'll need to verify you in our system. Send us a support request with "Resend my welcome notification" in the message and we'll send you another!

Expired link

On the Set A Password button in the Welcome Message is a unique token link that expires after a short time so if you get an error saying that it is expired and you haven't activated your account or chosen a password, we'll send you a fresh message with an invitation to activate your account.

Just reach out to us using the Support Link on your custom login page at https://osstfd19.blendable.ca with "Resend my welcome notification" in the message and we'll get it to you asap!

In the form, you are asked for your email address. Please supply the one to which your Welcome message was sent because we'll need to verify you in our system.

Already activated

If you click on the Set A Password button in the Welcome message and you receive a message that your account is already activated, you've already clicked that button and chosen a password. You simply need to navigate to your custom login page at https://osstfd19.blendable.ca and enter the email address registered to your account and your password.

Forgot password

On your custom login page at https://osstfd19.blendable.ca there is a login box requesting your login credentials. At the bottom of that box you'll see a "Forgot password?" link. If you click on that, you'll be redirected to the password reset function - simply enter the registered email address on your account profile and password reset instructions will be emailed to you.

Using an unregistered email address.

You are identified in our system with the email address to which you were sent your Welcome Message. That address is typically your board-supplied email address. Your address was provided to us by the District 19 TBU but some addresses have an alias or have not been updated yet.

If your email address used to end in "on.ca" but has been updated to just ".ca", the alias with "on.ca" may have been sent to us. Try putting the on back in to attempt to get your account activated.

Some boards use a numbered address instead of your name but is aliased with your name. If you know that your address can also be your employee id, try that.

Once logged in, you can update your email address by clicking the down arrow next to your name at the top of the page and click on Account Emails. While there, you should add a personal email address to your account.
