Once in a while, you'll come across a DIN that doesn't have the correct number of digits, which is 8!
A common issue is that some prescriptions will omit the initial zeroes in a DIN (i.e. 00123456 will show up on a prescription as 123456). There are also some eligible prescriptions that just don't have DINs.
It’s always best to upload an image of your official pharmacy receipt when you’re submitting claims.
Uploading an image of the receipt will allow our Claims Champions to see all of the relevant information for your claim, including the listed DIN number.
