The Health Spending Account benefit is available to all District 19 TBU members that meet the qualifications set out by OSSTF District 19 Teacher Bargaining Unit as follows:
Members who qualify as contract members of the District 19 TBU on the effective date of the HSA 2024-09-01 are entitled to the benefit if they are actively working (full-time or part-time) and paying benefit premiums.
