How do I check the status of a claim?

As soon as you start a new claim in your Member Centre, you'll notice that it gets assigned a status and, because there are lots of stages to processing a claim, that means there are lots of statuses too!

You can check the status of your claim at any time by logging in to your Member Centre and viewing your Claims History, either on the dashboard (which will show your last three claims) or by clicking the Claims button in the top right corner of your screen.
