Checking your claim's status

As soon as you start a new claim in your Member Centre, you'll notice that it gets assigned a status and, because there are lots of stages to processing a claim, that means there are lots of statuses too!

These are just updates letting you know that your claim is moving through the processing and adjudication process.

Once it's all set and on the reimbursement on the way to you, you'll see an update to PROCESSED:Paid.

If more information is required from you before processing the claim, we'll reach out and let you know what we need. Your claim will be moved back into draft status while we wait for your updates.

You can check the status of your claim at any time by logging in to your Member Centre and viewing your the Latest Claims table on the dashboard (which will show your last three claims).

You can also click on the Claims menu in the top right corner of your screen to select your Claims overview and view more details of past or current claims.
